Adrenal Studies
The adrenal glands are the stress glands of the body. They are located right above your kidneys and are triangular in shape. When they are not working right a person’s resistance to stress becomes low. In addition, when the adrenal glands malfunction a person can gain weight, have poor sleep and a host of other problems.
How is the test done?
The adrenal study is done by taking 4 saliva samples through out the course of one day: early morning, around noon, late afternoon and bedtime. You do these studies out of the privacy of your own home so it is very convenient. When we get the labs back we have a good idea as to what is wrong with the adrenal glands and we know what to do naturally to support their return to health and proper function.
