ENERGY AND CONFIDENCE

I came to Alternacare feeling like my body was slowly dying.  I’m only 42 years old but easily felt like I was 82.  I was tired, sluggish and felt like I weighed 300 pounds when in reality I weighed under 140pounds.  After 2 months of care with Dr. Rob, I feel like a brand new person!  My energy is back, I’m more limber and I actually want to do things again.  I feel great and feel more confident about the way I look.  The body I loved the previous 40 years of my life is back and so is my hope and outlook on life.
