Weight/Depression/Back Pain

 Before coming to Alternacare I suffered from low back pain, poor sleeping, weight gain and depression.   Since coming for the past 5 weeks, I have lost 7 pounds and feel great. I am 3 pounds from my goal weight. I have been having adjustments to my back since coming and I have now been able to do things I haven’t been able to do in 2 years.  It is great having my life back.  My depression is nonexistent. I feel great.  Thank you Alternacare for giving me my life back.
